The Holland Christian Home is blessed with outstanding partners. Members of the Holland Christian Home Association are some of those partners that we are grateful for.
The Home is not owned or operated by any one particular person. Association members elect the Board of Directors and thereby carry the responsibility of overseeing the future of our over 125-year old ministry.
Would you consider being a member of the HCH Association for the upcoming year? You can join online by checking the box on the right and completing the form under “Become a Member.”
Once membership dues are received, a ballot will be mailed to you for completion prior to the annual meeting. Details regarding the annual meeting have not yet been determined due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we will update you when information becomes available.

Excellence in a Time of Crisis
For the last year, the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed life at the Home. In the face of intense challenges from COVID-19, the dedication and commitment of our staff to our residents shined through in remarkable ways.
While Activities staff pivoted to film virtual activities and facilitate daily virtual visits with residents and families, dietary staff provided personal room service each day. Housekeeping radically increased disinfection and cleaning throughout the Home, while nursing staff provided heroic care while maintaning excellent staffing levels all year long.
With two “deficiency-free” infection control surveys and a second consecutive “Great Place to Work” certification, it’s clear that our commitment to our residents is rock-solid.
Brand New Mountain View
Tremendous advances in the Spirit of Progress building project resulted in the completion of all renovations to Mountain View! Our new two-story nursing wings feel like a brand new building. Three new dining rooms, two sitting rooms and fireplaces, and a special fully enclosed courtyard are just some of the highlights. Residents in Mountain View are thrilled to be in brand new and freshly renovated private rooms.
With all four planned phases of construction complete, the full project is awaiting state approval. But don’t wait! If you or someone you know is considering residency at the Holland Christian Home, now is the time to reach out and apply!

125 Years & Counting
Senior care has evolved in countless ways since the Home was founded. Amazing medical advances have led to longer life spans and the ability to care for our neighbors in ways too complex to imagine in the past. At the same time, these improvements have increased the need for excellent professional staff in a variety of disciplines.
God is faithful through all generations. In 1895, one small community of believers, determined to live out God’s call to love our neighbors as ourselves, sparked a 125+ year legacy of displaying God’s heart for humankind. We thank God for advancing this legacy through the partnership of friends like you!
